COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Protocol
Relationship Solutions is committed to protect the physical and emotional health of our clients during the emergence of COVID-19 (coronavirus). In an effort to take reasonable precautions that will protect the wellbeing of our staff and our clientele, our current COVID-19 protocol is as follows:
* We are providing in-office and telehealth (video counseling) services at this time based on the health and security needs of our clients.
* Our business hours remain the same. You may call our front desk at (479) 242-3200 to speak with one of our staff. However, our lobby will be closed to the public until the threat of COVID-19 has passed.
* ln the event of an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for help.
* Please note: many insurance companies are now paying for telehealth services and in some cases the copay and deductible are waived altogether. Our front office staff is happy to assist you in determining what benefits your insurance provider offers.
