Compassionate. Wise. Relational.

Is feeling secure, loved, and “wanted” something that has eluded you in the past? Ben can help guide you and your relationships into health. Ben specializes and is certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy, an exciting research-based model of therapy that repairs damaged connections between people and will help you feel closer and more connected with those you love the most. This is an effective form of treatment for individuals as well as couples and families. Ben believes that all behavior is an attempt to meet a legitimate need. He also believes that all emotions make sense if we understand their context. Together, with Ben’s help, you will work to understand your emotions and behavior so you can find the solutions you need.

Caring. Knowledgable. Gentle.

Have you ever just been in such great distress that you just can’t seem to make heads or tails of life? Lisa considers it a joy to work with couples, families, and individuals. She considers it an honor when people allow her to walk beside them in their journey. She believes that each person has great worth and their stories are as unique as snowflakes. Sitting with people in their distress gives her an unparalleled vantage point from which to watch the healing power of secure attachment in the lives of her clients. Relationships provide a safe harbor for our lives and when they are strained or broken, we feel real pain. Lisa’s approach provides a proven path back to healthy relationships. With training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and Trauma-Focused Therapy for individuals, she is able to see the attachment and trauma wounds through the pain and help couples and individuals find healing. EFT is a non-blaming, research-supported approach that is empirically supported and effective.

Kind. Intuitive. Relevant.

Just “stuck”? Being “Stuck” is hard. Our brains like order and connection and movement. “Stuck” is messy and maddening and isolating. Let’s get you un-stuck! Carrie is a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist and Supervisor-in-Training and a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. All of her certifications, training, and years of experience are what give her a map to help you get where you want to be. Jordan Griffie

Warm. Relatable. Empathic.

Does it seem like other couples have it easier?  Maybe they do.  But it may not be because of luck or coincidence.  Sometimes there are underlying problems that make relationship success even more challenging.  Unresolved hurts, traumas, and losses from the past can often interfere with our ability to trust, resolve conflict and experience secure connection with our partner.  Jordan Griffie, LPC has trained extensively in guiding individuals and couples through the healing process so that relationship success is possible.  In addition to his extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Jordan is also experienced in treating self-destructive behaviors of substance abuse and sexual addiction.
