Jeff Nemeth
LMFT

Jeff Nemeth, LMFT, was trained as a safety engineer in Chicago, where he focused on systems—specifically how people get their needs met. He later completed his training as a marriage and family therapist in the Canadian Rockies. This unique combination of life experience and professional training gives him a distinct perspective in the therapy room.

Jeff has been practicing for over 15 years and provides a Christ-centered approach to therapy. He works from an attachment-based framework to help clients develop strong, healthy emotional bonds with others. Attachment theory offers a way of understanding the patterns and default positions people bring into their relationships, which Jeff uses to guide effective, relationally focused treatment.
